I live in Australia and for the snake, you have to remember to apply the tourniquet above the bite so the poison doesn't get to the heart and stays in one area. Also for the jellyfish, run warm water over the sting (it can be fresh)

If they're not hungry. They will loose interest and go away if you ignore them. I see tigers are much more dangerous animals who are likely to hide and wait in patience before attacking the person from the back, usually dig their claws in the victim's skull before dragging them to their dens, especially if it's a child or teen, which is like an easy prey for them. That is why a child should not be left unattended in wild parks or forests.

Don't play dead when encountering a black bear, you should stand your ground and be loud. Play dead if up against a grizzly because it is too strong and fast to beat, it may scratch you and roll you around but it will not try to eat you unlike the black bear. Hmu with a like so this comment gets seen and the knowledge spread

FYI: of the few times I've been fortunate enough to see a bear, it was busy creating distance between us. The vast majority of "dangerous" animals are fed by human do-gooders. Healthy wild animals avoid humans in all but a miniscule number of cases. Typically, we don't look or smell like prey. You're probably in the greatest danger of injury from bucks or bulls during rut.

CLIMB IN A THREE RHINOS AND HIPPOS DONT CLIMB XDD
I live in Canada, go hiking lots, and every once in a while, see bears. What they tell you in this only applies to grizzly bears, and still they skip the main, most important steps.
If you are going into bear country, there will be signs telling you what to do and not do, so pay attention to them. Assuming you didn’t see those, these are the actual steps to follow.
Step 1: Avoid attention by letting bears know you’re in the area. Don’t surprise them, and so talk fairly loudly, or sing, or play music. Even ‘bear bells’ work, although not super well.
Step 2: If you do see one, keep your group together and don’t run. Back away slowly while talking to it. Hopefully the bear will move away, or at least you can get away from it.
ONLY FOLLOW THE NEXT STEPS IF THE BEAR:
Continues to follow you, growls at you, or charges you.
If you see cubs nearby, it is far more likely that the mother is just trying to protect her cubs. In that scenario, leave quickly (still don’t run). Make sure your group sticks together, and alert other people you see (hopefully that was already obvious).
Step 3 (if the bear is aggressive): Don’t look it in the eyes. Back away, make yourself bigger, talk to him, just like a lion. If he charges, still don’t run. It could be a bluff charge, just to test you.
Step 4 (if the bear actually tries to attack you): Try and identify whether it’s a black bear or a grizzly bear. Since you’re reading this, there’s a 99% chance you won’t know, so don’t bother. If it’s a polar bear, skip to step 6. If you’re sure that it’s a grizzly, follow their directions if you’re actually caught, or if you can climb a tree.
Step 5: If it’s a black or unidentified bear, grab rocks, sticks and other weapons to attempt to fight back or deter them. Drop any food that you have. If your backpack doesn’t have food, keep it on. It could provide protection in the worst case scenario. Protect your head and neck, and aim for it’s eyes, nose, and stomach.
Step 6: Pray that someone finds and helps you.

One more thing about snakes.
I know its easier said than done, but staying calm can literally be life saving after a snake bite. If you stay calm and breathe slowly and deeply, you heart rate will slow down, so your blood won't flow as fast. Slower blood flow means slower passage of snake venom throughout your circulatory (blood) system. Slower venom flow means the venom won't get around your body as fast, which can save your life while waiting for emergency health care.
Stay safe everyone.
☝️☝️☝️ This is a really valuable advice! Take note of it guys!
One warning though, do NOT use a torniquet unless you are certain you will have professional medical help very soon! Removing a torniquet will only build up the poison, which will launch rapidly towards the heart once the torniquet is removed. Better to use a compression bandage, or an immobiliser.
Also, after a snake bite, a faster heart rate is very natural, so staying calm is extra important!!
If it's a venomous snake grab it be behind it's face cuz idk if it's a neck or body and defang so it can't poison you and watch out for the top bit cuz that's where the venom is jk I just got that info from jumanji lol

I get anxiety everytime he said not to run away. You can't trust wild animals bruhh
The point is to give us a better chance.
But the point really is to not run away. I've had a German Shepherd and anytime I'd turn my back and run away he would instantly get triggered and catch up with me and try to make me trip and fall down. Running away instantly trigger predatory senses and it will tell them you're a prey, rather than another predator. Standing your ground will give you a better chance since most predators aren't up for a fight unless they're starving.
Andy C you think if a shark is chasing you that you could out swim it? Chances are, it doesn’t even care about you unless you start being frightened, panic, and try to swim away quickly
