Seriously, I have always claimed to be a "cook and not a baker" until i watched your bake a months worth of bread products in a day. You made it look so simple and easy. I started it and learned about sourdough and now, we don't buy or eat ANY bread from the store. No exceptions! I really needed this motivation bc I've been slipping on my breads. Lol which actually isn't a bad thing bc it's just healthy not eating so much bread. But thank you for this!

Oh Kelsey, what a joy as always to watch your videos. There is always something wonderful that you inspire me to make. It’s been a busy week around here and I’m ready for some cozy fall weather and food. I’ve never made baked oatmeal since we’re happy to just eat it as a hot cereal with whatever add ins sound good. However, the baked oatmeal looked delicious and may end up on the menu this weekend. 😉
Have a wonderful weekend Kelsey. Thank you for being a beautiful light in the world.

Kelsey, that "oopsie" you made with the bagels is the story of my life!! I usually make a fine mess of things and they are usually unsalvageable...😂 I tend to hesitate doing new things(baking or trying new recipes, etc.) because I somehow manage to mess it up😂

Watching you, I'm inspired to start baking our own breads. Besides the crazy prices, there are so many 'extra' ingredients that make commercial breads not the best. I've got a few of your recent recipes in hand, have purchased organic flour (Costco), clean dry active yeast, organic cane sugar, and some Einkorn organic non-GMO flour, organic avocado oil. Here I go! Our daughter and son in law are also anxious to get on the homemade bread bus!

It's crazy to hear that 6 weeks is a long drought because spring this year was the first rainfall in a year where I'm at and I haven't seen rain in 4 months. I likely won't see rain for at least another month or two. It's still in the 100s here. I would kill for 60° weather 😂.
