if you mount the spotlight at the bottom the glare of the light will interfere with the bottom vision sensors. plus there is no space at the bottom. and if you could use both the speaker and the light simultaneously imagine what your battery life will be then. plus then you have to use leg extensions. just sound like too much hassle to fiddle with an already great product
jackie mostert it is a great product! Spotlight and mic intergraded together! If it’s battery power your worried about, there are other battery solutions out there that are safe and the same size as dji battery that can last up to one and a half hours on one charge with a heavy load on it. It makes me crazy only being able to fly for a half hour or less on one battery. The technology is out there it’s just up to dji to apply it! We basically have the same flight time on our batteries since the first phantom was introduced. We might have gained 2 extra minutes!

I'm in the market for a Mavic. Was nearly ready to pull the lever until I found out about the Enterprise yesterday. The FLIR alone makes this way more valuable to me. In your video, Zach, you showed a case with the Mavic but it also had the light, speaker, and strobe. I find the price very confusing. What is the price with everything you show....give or take? Also...I know better FLIR equipment is out there but not sure at this price point. Is the FLIR on the Enterprise suitable for roof insulation leakage detection? You already said it once...I want to hear it again. ;-)
Enterprise DJI equipment can't be bought from DJI, it must be purchased through a vendor. I don't want to call the vendor out because they may or may not quote you the exact same price I paid when these launched. At the time I got it for $3400 but the email they sent for the quote listing all the exact parts and what each was individually has expired and I can't bring that back up anymore. I only have my final invoiced amount which includes shipping, tax, etc. I got the DJI Enterprise Thermal along with the fly more kit and DJI shield for that total. I would not expect the individual price of the drone alone to be $3400 if you bought today. That price reflected all the parts you saw, not just the drone price. I was not specific in my original answer which may have caused some confusion. My original purchase was from the same vendor which would have been a Phantom4 with a thermal camera kit that attaches and has separate video screen and controls. It was over twice the price but at the time was the most consumer friendly and cheapest FLIR setup I could find. The camera alone was over $5k. This kit was announced as I was ready to pull the trigger and I'm glad I waited for the enterprise. I thought it was great but more importantly, my client is much happier than if they would have spent way more for a more complicated FLIR setup that wasn't nearly as portable.
@@ZachBowman4 Thanks for the reply. You answered my question! Do you think the FLIR camera on the Enterprise can detect thermal leaks in a house on a cold day effectively?

I've seen other UA-cam vids suggesting the export isn't available to Flir Tools. That's a big no-no for me. I won't be buying one, because if I'm doing thermal inspection, I want to be in control of all the settings, and then work with them in post to produce a proper report.
@@thedoc.6819 the dual is not intended for use in inspections as the image quality is not as good. this drone was specifically made for search and rescue. and the security industry. if you want to do inspections you need the zenmuse xt or the xt2 fitted either on a M210 or an inspire 2.
I use an M210 with the older XT camera, I find it has better resolution. I use the Flir tools professional editing software. Having dual cameras helps me concentrate on what I'm looking at.
