+Regina Coleman Thanks hun! Coming up with colour combo takes twice as much as coming up with a design for me. It's not really easy! With this mani, I wanted to go for this year's pantone colours, so I pulled out similar colours from Picture Polish shades :) As for nail care, I apply cuticle oil/cream before bed, and use Blue Cross cuticle remover once every 2 weeks.
Yes, I do this all the time! Some topcoats make the decals too stiff and inflexible to go onto nails, but the ones I use keep the decals flexible and slightly sticky so I don't need clear coat on my nails :)
