In case of soil erosion, or a cavenous drop, the reinforced slab should hold. All pavements must be constructed to handle earth movements below. Did not see any in this case. Shortcuts by errant contractors obvious. Pls Investigate and report TRANSPARENTLY, Bomba and DBKL.

Sinkhole form mostly due to water grind and washing out the earth underground. I see a pipe leakage in video so after many years all soil been wash away with above holding by constructed cement but once it start to crack due to aging the weight it can support will reduce till it can`t support and just crash.
As you can see, theres a leaking on that drainage pipe which probably cost soil erosion that remove the ground bit by bit. We really cant know where this can happened until its too late. Since its a drainage, we cant even put counter measures like a pressure meter for leaks.
