Which is why I really don't know why this song is moving me so much. It's like it's triggering a nostalgia for something I never did and making me weirdly sad and happy at the same time.
I'm 19 too. The special thing about residents evil franchise is that it's the only game i know before even playing a game. I was just a little boy back then, i sat in my brother's room watching as he plays re3. Man what a good old day. I didn't get to play ps1 tho, my first console was ps2, but i played the original re3 on a pc long time ago. And after so long time this music is once again played, had me crying. Felt like i met a dear old friend in years. I was lucky to had a chance to play the original game, a retro masterpiece ❤
You know what you both have to do, right? Play the original! ...but not right now. When the feeling is right. I think once you get that game's ending you'll both come full cycle... just on a different path. :)
This OST reminds me of a close friend of mine, who's a LOT like Jill Valentine. Such a wonderful person to have in my life. I'll play this whenever she's on my mind, even at her funeral.
@@deviantfoxyswag3161the remake of 3 was great, but definitely rushed. It was the cash grab after 2. That's why 4 was much better. 3 would have been superb if they added the park, clock tower and water plant from the original. But it was still an 8.5 out of 10 for sure
@@savage_steveo1573 the leaked documents of the development of the game (I would recommend watching those, great info) revealed that it was their idea from the start to make a 5 hour game without the Clock Tower, Park and Dead Factory. The game is a constant adrenaline rush (except for when it slows down like on the R.P.D. and the Hospital which are amazing segments in my opinion, specially the Hospital, huge upgrade) which makes sense since RE3 was the most action-oriented from the original trilogy and the premise was "escape the city while the big monster chases you". It makes sense it's fast paced, it makes sense you're not solving puzzles on the Clock Tower, it makes sense for it to be a lot more cinematic than RE2 Remake. I would've loved more puzzles to be honest, 5 would've been fine, only 2 is criminal. Same with Nemesis, only two encounters in his base form is criminal. The game needed at least 1 or 2 more streets and a couple more encounters with Nemesis (since the city part would be bigger, it would happen).
My home quarantine soundtrack. I've been playing RE3 remake about 6 times already, and this gem gives me the chills always at the end of the game. Miss my childhood.
"So long RC." I cried when this kicked in. And just like the original and Resident Evil 2 original. Resi 2 is technically a better game. But jill nemesis and Resident Evil 3 has always been a personal favorite. I feel the same is true for the remakes. Re2 remake is definitely better. But this re3 remake made me feels and it made me feel pumped with those nemesis boss battles, and the Carlos Chemistry omg! ♥️
@@danny1884 I always liked the original RE3 more than og RE2 because I think Jill is a better character than Leon and Claire with more personality. And Nemesis was terrifying.
I’ll play this song after the Corona virus Pandemic has ended Edit: Didn’t expect this would get tons of likes lol anyway, lucky me I made it out alive throughout the outbreak. Mom got infected but good thing the vaccine was out at that time and she survived. RIP to the souls who didn’t make it 🕊️🙏
Though the cut content kinda sucked, I really loved what they did with the characters and the story in this remake. They made the destruction of Raccoon City actually sad, and I felt bad for Jill that she failed to protect the city she felt she was entrusted with. This ending song seems even more fitting than before. A perfect send off not only for Raccoon City and Jill, but Leon and Claire too.
@@Euskalbikoizketak One of the many inconsistencies within the remake, unfortunately. In Jill's file in RE5, it was stated she remained in the city willingly because the city was entrusted to her as one of the remaining S.T.A.R.S members. She stayed in the city for as long as she could in the original because she was trying to help people get out. Only when she realized how futile the task was did she decide to escape on her own. All of that was lost in the remake sadly. I suspect the reason she was eager to get out of the city in the remake was because she was being watched, whereas in the original, she wasn't. As much as I love how the story was presented in the remake, it lost the few parts of the original story that was good. But alas, nothing can be perfect.
Its ironic that after youve faced alot of monstrosities in this game is you get to hear a musical theme like this after you beat the game. For me the theme reflects on the countless poor souls of raccoon city, their tenacity to survive and escape and for all survivors who vowed that Umbrella must pay.
I played original RE3 back in the day when it was new and i was still a kid, i was soo scared and harassed by Nemesis and whoole game and everything that was going on. Nemesis still on my back and Nuke on the way. All i could feel by the completion of the game was inner peace and relief just like main character did. And to this day this is what this song reflects to me. After everything that i and Jill went through, Nemesis finally put down, city that just couldn't be saved nuked and Jill surviving just by mere seconds before nuke hit. After overall experience watching credits and hearing this song just Empowered that peace and relief it just went in pair. Like IT'S FINALLY OVER. (of course later i abused infinite rocket launcher to get my revenge on that nemesis butthole). Despite feeling quite opposite about re3 remake i really like the new version of the song and i guess everyone feels diffrent about it.
its a shame that this game has lots of cut contents, no clock tower, no graveyard, no puzzles, and no grave digger boss. but thank god they didn't remove the song.
When I first heard this being played after completing the remake, it brought back so many memories of my childhood of staying up playing the original RE3. It was like catching a glimpse of the past and you can’t help but sit there and kinda choke up a bit because you realize how so long ago it was.
The perfect ending song for RC saga's closing. Great ending to an awesome game compacted very tight and tense game and story, not a dull moment and fantastic ending.
Just finished this game and holy shit, I loved it so much. Nemesis is scary as hell and every time I fight him or get chased by him it's really fun. Only problem was that it was a bit too short, aim assist was slightly worse than in RE2R, and the doors always opened like 2 seconds after touching them (which was a bit frustrating), but still I really enjoyed playing this game. Also, my first Resident evil game EVER was Resident Evil 2 Remake, but for some reason, this soundtrack makes me feel nostalgic for something I've never done (playing the original RE3). Conclusion: This is one of the best games I have ever played, and I do not regret buying this for 10 dollars during the New Year Sales at all. So Long, RC.
I was so pleasantly surprised that this was still in the credits. My biggest gripe with RE2 remake was the lack of "its up to us to take out umbrella" BRR NURRNURRNURR NURRNURR
That was really my _only_ gripe with the RE2 remake. Too much of the music is so understated and minimalist that it might as well not even be there at all. I happily plunked down a little extra for the classic soundtrack.
All i can say is Thank you Capcom. Not only for giving us the potentially best video game series of all time. But bringing tears of emotion to our eyes
I never thought i would see the RE3 Remake for how more popular RE2 is. So glad i got to experience it again in modern day with this beautiful remake ending theme. It was worth it to me. :')
I remember being rather saddened they didn't use an updated version of the stunning RE2 OG Scenario A credits music in the RE2 Remake, so I was absolutely thrilled when I heard this kick in, as I absolutely loved the original rendition, and this is easily the best remix/remake of that theme I've heard.
Im not sure why but this beautiful song makes me sad 🥺 I just now completed Resident Evil 3 and i am so happy. This game was so beautiful I loved and enjoyed every second of it. I went thru hell to get my copy of this game but man it was soo worth it. I love this game sooo much I will treasure it forever thank you Capcom and to everyone who helped make this game I love you.

"Jill held Carlos's hand as the sun inched slowly up over the horizon, turning the sky magnificent shades of pink and gray and lemon yellow. It was lovely, and Jill found that, as hard as she tried, she couldn't feel sorry that Raccoon was about to be dusted. It had been her home for a while, but it had become pain and death for thousands of people, and she thought that blasting it to hell and gone was probably the best thing that could happen to it. Neither of them spoke as the sun continued to rise, as the miles flew beneath them, forests and farms and empty roads appearing fresh and bright in the gently warming light. When the sky flashed white and the sound wave hit them a moment later, Jill didn't look back." -Excerpt from "Resident Evil: Nemesis" by S.D. Perry

This remake ending theme is very nostalgic, we bid to say goodbye to the original classic game with this ending theme on a remake, a heartfelt and also feels breaking my heart hearing this :
While listening to this, I am remembering the sceneries of Raccoon City from classic to Reimagined. A peaceful scene where people enjoy their daily lives before sterilization of the city to being slowly devastated by the missle to ash. Jill must've been frustrated that she couldn't save the city she felt entrusted to. So much nostalgia in this OST.
I remember when i was 12 years old (Now I'm 31) that I had to finish this game in hurry because my older brother was going to be out of town for a tennis camp, so I promised him to finish the game and watch the end together, and I did finish the game as I promised him, and then this beautiful music showed up and we listened to it together, one of my favorite and will always be !
Yeah, it was very refreshing to see the RE3 Remake actually stand on its own in the music department, having a good mixture of old and new soundtracks. I think the RE2 Remake is much better as an overall game. But I still found it embarrassing how the default musical score felt so unfinished, that they tried to use the PS1 audio as a crutch and then had to gall to try charging extra money for it. That and the RE3 Remake at least adding new enemies in the campaign, to replace the four cuts ones, were the two significant things I liked better in RE3 Remake than RE2 Remake.
I was born in 04 so i didn't get to play this masterpiece when it came out but i did meet Jill in 2012 with RE5. After years of watching the gameplays, movies, stories, etc of RE i can feel so nostalgic, happy and sad hearing this. Raccoon City was really destroyed by greed, human greed. The moment that line happens, i literally cry. Thank you for so much, sorry for so little. _So long, RC_
RE1make didn't get me when it was on the Gamecube but I warmed up to after the RE2make. Boy it's so strange to see high fidelity games cast in the old survival horror mould.

You guys are 19? Bonjour from me 15 XD
Play the originals, you're fucking missing out. Start now ❤
@@graciasvito8067 I'm almost 28, allow me to join the ranks.
This OST reminds me of a close friend of mine, who's a LOT like Jill Valentine. Such a wonderful person to have in my life. I'll play this whenever she's on my mind, even at her funeral.

1999 on ps1 💔
they may have made mistakes in the remake but they nailed this theme 10/10 for this
People are so critical of everything, i thought the remakes have all been so good
@@deviantfoxyswag3161the remake of 3 was great, but definitely rushed.
每聽一次,總是會心酸一次。 再見了,RC~
My home quarantine soundtrack. I've been playing RE3 remake about 6 times already, and this gem gives me the chills always at the end of the game. Miss my childhood.
Hope this song give you some hope
@@jamesqian5994 there's a feel of optimism in it. Eventually everything is going to be okay.
@@jameswee4969 did you play it on inferno. You gonna feel nemesis at his real threat
@@ryuzakilawliet7874 I did. And that was two years ago. Enjoy the ending song ☺️
Well said.
Agreed. RE3R is emotions. True👍
Every time I here the credits song it felt like i was gonna break into tears
Sorry RE2, RE3 (original) was always my favourite. Back then there was nothing more terrifying than Nemesis.
@@danny1884 I always liked the original RE3 more than og RE2 because I think Jill is a better character than Leon and Claire with more personality. And Nemesis was terrifying.
I’ll play this song after the Corona virus Pandemic has ended
Edit: Didn’t expect this would get tons of likes lol anyway, lucky me I made it out alive throughout the outbreak. Mom got infected but good thing the vaccine was out at that time and she survived. RIP to the souls who didn’t make it 🕊️🙏
I'll do the same.
And when your city is nuked?
@@Euskalbikoizketak dont be an asshole hahaha
@@Euskalbikoizketak LMAOOOOO
Me too
Though the cut content kinda sucked, I really loved what they did with the characters and the story in this remake. They made the destruction of Raccoon City actually sad, and I felt bad for Jill that she failed to protect the city she felt she was entrusted with. This ending song seems even more fitting than before. A perfect send off not only for Raccoon City and Jill, but Leon and Claire too.
The funny thing is that when she takes a look to the calendar at her house, she says that she is eager to leave the city.
There is still hope for a dlc that will extend the game by another two hours more.. 🥺
@@astromechas The Remake changed the personality of the characters. That is why I think that is set in an alternate universe.
@@WongSpy Welp, no DLC now. Capcom disappoints.
This song is too much, the whole game was amazing indeed ♡
I would have to say now this is the best Resident Evil ending theme of all time!
It's close... 2nd to the resident evil remake on gamecube 2002
Despite feeling quite opposite about re3 remake i really like the new version of the song and i guess everyone feels diffrent about it.
its a shame that this game has lots of cut contents, no clock tower, no graveyard, no puzzles, and no grave digger boss. but thank god they didn't remove the song.
would legit be a tragedy to remove a banger like that.
Yup, re2 remake is way better, i love the puzzles the most
No spiders no Barry
@@rinreborn7364 Shame re2 cut out an entire scenario and people here complaining about 20min worth of content being changed for re3r lol
I just hope they don't cut as much content in the RE4 Remake.
When I first heard this being played after completing the remake, it brought back so many memories of my childhood of staying up playing the original RE3. It was like catching a glimpse of the past and you can’t help but sit there and kinda choke up a bit because you realize how so long ago it was.
Sentiment and nostalgia overwhelms me as I listen to this song and remind me of the 90s :) I remember
Cying 😢… for all those memories when I was a kid
I'm seeing a LOT of this, and I'm relating to you guys big time! It's flipping beautiful mate
The perfect ending song for RC saga's closing. Great ending to an awesome game compacted very tight and tense game and story, not a dull moment and fantastic ending.
The one thing this remake got right besides Jill's look is this theme. Such a shame Capcom didn't give RE3 the love it deserved.
Nostalgic...
Resident Evil 3 beautiful song from the past until now.
The best RE theme song all of the time!!
Re 3's development started un 2016.
sephiroth900000 glad you think that way. Can’t believe this game has so many haters
@@josetomascamposrobledano4618 The hate for this game is just uneeded.
When the sky flashed white and the sound wave hit them a moment later, Jill didn't look back."

This is the remake I didn’t know I needed. It is absolutely outstanding. Thank you x
The game wasn’t perfect by any stretch but I definitely love the fact they included music like this in the game
Resident Evil 3 always makes u feel different from other Resident Evil games, its just unique
