i have a 455E with the backhoe and I had to replace nearly every hose both it and the loader! whew it was expensive! and aggravating! My machine works perfect and the outriggers will not just jack it right up, I have to assist the riggers with the boom to get it way up high off the ground. I think this is due to the pressure relief setting on the rigger valves are lower but I have not tested any pressures because it all works great,
my machine is 17,100 these backhoes are right at 3000lbs the 450 aint much lighter of a machine i think 15,000 if memory serves.

As you can see, I'm working through the same. Ultimately this machine will end up deep in the woods in Maine. I don't want to deal with them in the field. A bare 450 is 10,590. With standard bucket and counterweights 15,630. The 93 backhoe was an option on the 450. I'm guessing your 3000 is about right. With the 4in1 and backhoe I'm somewhere north of 17-18000 lbs. Eventually I will get it on a scale. I've upped my trailer axles, tires springs etc. to 21K to be safe. I have the same experience with the outriggers. They will not lift the machine off the ground.

I have a 450c and the legs on the backhoe won’t lift mine either, but neither will the loader, I don’t believe this is right. They should lift it. Did you figure anything out? I think it’s a leaky valve leaking pressure.

My bucket will lift mine. The outriggers wont though. Others have said the same. Since JD used the 93 94 and 95 on the 310 also Im guessing the 450 is just too heavy for them.

Been using it and giving it a shakedown. Something to fix about every 2 hours. Mostly hydraulic lines, or fittings working loose. Unfortunately, I lost my hard drive and all the videos with it so I have not posted anything.
