Bas ek baat Financial Relation wali baat par.... A creditor can take life policy in the name of the debtor to the extent of debt...case tha Godsall v. Boldero, 1807 9 East 72... Just an addition...

We can avail clam as soon as premium is paid and contract of policy is done... that's y date and time is mention in all policies but it is not applicable in suicide..
