Just for the record, red velvet is literally chocolate cake with red food dye. The dad could have gotten her a chocolate cake and said the color was just very hidden.

You do realize the frosting in between the layers and on top is completely different on red velvet and chocolate (red velvet has ermine frosting aka roux frosting or boiled milk frosting with salt and vanilla added) and chocolate cake tends to have well chocolate frosting) right? That is like an integral part of red velvet on top of the red coloration

Much as I enjoy watching Dhar Mann's videos, there's no denying that all of them are extremely cliche and repetitive, poorly acted, and have little to no research done on the subject matter they're tackling. I think it's clear at this point that he's a bit out of touch with the times, otherwise he wouldn't be casting his actors in roles that make them sound like characters from the Lifetime TV channel.
And not to mention the way he writes the parents' characters. Like, seriously? Their kids are literally mouthing off to them in the most disrespectful ways possible, and yet, they just sit/stand there being a bunch of spineless wimps with no drive or desire to remind them of their place. It annoys the absolute cuss word out of me that those adults have no sense of authority.
Right IDK what the hell is going on in the Dhar Mann universe I mean look at Vid Chronicles they mostly stay in touch with reality and ok some videos are bizarre but most of them are real and the acting is professional. Not to forget that most of these are like 90s lifestyle and the video about dancing prooves it

The moment I criticise someone's rude but otherwise unthreatening behaviour, is the moment my employer could rightly suspend or fire me for making inappropriate comments towards customers, and getting involved in business that isn't related to my role.

About the red velvet cake, I was nitpicking even more. Red velvet cake is just a vanilla cake with red food coloring and cream cheese frosting.
