do rockets actually do that? ive tried it and it didnt maybe only pc? and maybe i didnt do it quick?

@@DrSk1tzoo it also has to be a homing rocket, it will ot work on a regular rpg or oh a rocket with homing disabled

I never minded the snow. It gets annoying, but I miss it when it's gone. I wish they'd do it more sporadically. Obviously all in winter, but instead of so many days in a row, just have them spread out more. Maybe 2 days each in nov, dec, and jan.
It is annoying whenever you want to do anything that does not involve an SUV a slow vehicle or an off-road. Using a super or sports car is a nightmare. But yeah I completely agree. You can do weird shit with it and play snow fights
The problem with "obviously all in winter" is that not everyone has winter at the same time. The southern hemisphere has winter in june july august...
If you play on PC there are usually modders who bring back the snow a few more times after Xmas.
I like adapting to the snow, I drive around my Kamacho and get into a heavy coat. Very fun sometimes.

The last one I guess I got disconnected after I went into the casino, but didnt notice right away, and when I spun the wheel, I won the 4th car. I assumed that I didnt actually get the car, but when I checked my garages, it was in my garage, so I did actually get the car.
