The fact that Ichika's the best vocalist of L/n and people still say "she has no personality in her voice" "her voice is too soft/not suitable for rock music" "Shiho is a better vocalist than her" baffles me 😭 she has the best vocal abilities among her band mates. Also i can't wait to hear Ichika at professional level when L/n reaches there.

And Miss Akina (Kohane's VA) also once said she vocal coaches her... Ichika's so lucky to have Miss Noguchi as her VA, best vocalist of L/n.

Ah that explains why there are some songs that she just quiet can't consistently nail earlier in the game (Teo and Dramaturgy etc). She did nail Hibana Reloaded and Asu no Yozora tho.

But that hype immediately died down when she hit the chorus because she goes for lower notes instead of using her powerful voice. That's just me ofc! A lot of people seems to like it

Not hating on Ichika but I'm both surprised and not. Yes she does has strong vocals and hee voice is good but there are a lot, A LOT of times when she just...doesn't make it. Hibana, ghost rule, roki and a lot of other times.. She often is short of breath and suffocates with her voice which makes it sound strained, she could have done way better if she could control her breathing better. Sometimes she sings low when it would be better high and vice versa (well though idk maybe it's director's instructions). And also it always sounds like she sings while smiling or something, her singing voice just has this weird ting that makes it sound weird and forced and that makes it annoying ngl. I'm honestly not a fan of her voice really, she has good potential but just the way she sings is almost always disappointing.

Ruriko literally has such an incredible voice, she really controls when to make it sound softer and when to make it sound more powerful very well
