As though the writers couldn't give us these sister scenes, they had the time! They chose not to give it us because they wanted to focus on a white side character and her family instead!
Tragic. I rooted for this reboot. Watched faithfully for 3 seasons. Defended it even as I began to see that certain things were indefensible. And in the end they kill off the hero after subjecting her to endless pain and redeem the villian by sending her off on her merry way. Would be able to take it as creative and nuanced storytelling if not for the blatant racial undertones.
I can't believe they gave her the moments she wanted with the sisters she missed all her life only in her dreams and on her dying bed. All Macy ever wanted was a family.

Let’s hope they learn from this in season four and give the show more of a sister focus, which should be easier since Abigael is gone.
