Sewing neck on, the stitch you’re using is called back stitch.
I have all your patterns before the book and still got the book for the extras can you please let me know that piece you cut the wood. I am still using a saw. Make my life easier sis
I use a pipe cutter. Cuts through the dowel with one cut. amzn.to/3CtVOAJ
I received your book as a gift. Love the book. What I don't understand in the instructions is when it says see the neck around the dowel. There's no illustration in the book. Can you please expound on that.

Hi, I'm currently working on the Afro Puffs Doll. Both necks, the one on the head and the one on the body, end with 12 stitches, so you can't pull one over the other. Could you please explain how to sew them together? Thank you!

How long do you cut the dowel
It depends on the doll which is why I show me marking and then cutting because each doll is different depending on yarn used and tension
I should have watched this first. *Heavy sigh*. I have a beautiful ballerina with too long of a neck.
