Under the Sea, It's not about a little Mermaid

Summer needs cool and refreshing, that's why people go to the shore. There is nothing more refreshing than swimming around under the sea. Well, I can think of something. That something can easily be enjoyed sitting by the Sea, it is easy to make, easy to enjoy, and yes, it's a cocktail. My wife keeps telling me I have a one track mind. It is sure to be a favorite summertime cocktail. No need to put on a wetsuit as you join me behind the bar to make an "Under the Sea." Let's get Pourin!

Ingredients
1.5 oz white rum
.5 oz Elderflower liqueur
.5 oz blue curacao
1 oz fresh lime juice
2 oz coconut water
.5 oz agave nectar
Sparkling water to top
Pineapple fronds and lime wheel to garnish
Directions
Add ingredients to shaker, except sparkling water. Add crushed or pebble ice and shake to chill. Dirty pour into glass. Garnish with pineapple fronds and lime wheel. Add a straw and serve.

Bacardi Superior Rum
St. Germaines Elderflower Liqueur
