How are you this week?
I started the day by giving crumbs of bread to the birds pecking at my window. Your comments on the first video made me very happy, thank you.
I recently moved to Istanbul. Istanbul is a huge city. There are many places to visit. There is a farm that I have wanted to see for a long time, I will go there today.
I work hard and sometimes my plans get cancelled. I recently had a job interview where I could spare more time for myself. I will probably quit my current job.
I work days a week. I have only 1 day to rest and travel. I want to travel and explore every inch of Istanbul. Even the whole world.
The farm is a little far from me. That's why I woke up very early in the morning and got ready.
It's very cold in Istanbul! It will be a tough winter. I want to see the farm before the cold comes. There are a lot of horses on the farm I'm going to. I'm riding a horse for the first time today.
They took out the most beautiful horse on the farm for me. I don't mean to show off, but I felt like a Rejection Kit. Or is it a Jolly Jumper? I can't feel my hands... Now I'd better sit somewhere and rest.

It's freezing cold, but the tea warmed me up. I am very peaceful today.

I have to get up without getting sick. My hands went numb from the cold.

Finally! I'm at home after a 2 hour bus ride.

I've had the potato dish before. The taste wasn't bad at all. But now I will try a different recipe.
Split Brussels in half, clean and wash,
lemon zest,
some lemon juice
olive oil,
A spoonful of mustard
Turmeric and black pepper
Salt
Mix, mix, mix...
Dip the brussels sprouts and garlic in the sauce,
Pour into tray,carrots, onions, potatoes and meatballs.
That is all! Bake in the oven at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
It smells good, I'm so hungry that I can't tell. It was a tiring day. But it was fun too.
I found a documentary about the domestication of horses. Ah, we humans, the whole world is in our hands... We direct everything to the extent we want.

Hakikaten çok güzel yaratılmış bir at MÂŞÂALLÂH. Zaten beyaz atlar güzel olur, çünkü beyaz dikkat çekici ve güzel bir renktir zaten. 100 tane farklı renkte atların içinde bir tane beyaz at olsa kendini belli eder.
