- Snow walk in the Lofoten Islands in Norway. Sorry for spot on my sensor. My camera was in much need of cleaning, but I cleaned everything post shooting this video. This is a walk around Reine in Lofoten Islands, one of the most scenic villages in Norway in my opinion.

I come here regularly to watch this particular video in virtual reality, especially when I am stressed. It is wildly beautiful and is by far my favorite walking tour. I am caring for a senior parent with Alzheimers. The unrelenting depression that comes from watching a beloved parent die a day at a time from this horrific disease is real. These videos of yours are infinitely more helpful to me than the grief therapy my doctor prescribed to help me cope with this slow motion loss of my mother. I truly hate the side effects of the anti-depressants. These vids are literally the only drug-free way I can manage my stress and chronic insomnia. The only side effect is enhanced calm.
The sense of well being, peace and relaxation I feel afterwards is way more real, and it lasts much longer than medication. I really think you're onto something here. Your million+ subscribers is proof. Your vids have ginormous therapeutic value. This should be a staple of therapy. Doctors should really be prescribing this kind of ASMR therapy in VR as a companion to traditional grief or trauma therapy methods, and do so BEFORE they resort to anti-depressants. The ASMR clearly mass produces endorphins and alters the brain chemistry naturally. I sleep like a baby after one of your long walks. Don't ever stop walking. Your work is really important.

Those mountains appearing out of the mist like ghostly apparitions are both intimidating and impressive. The landscape here is truly ancient. I imagine the Norse in their villages and settlements gazing upon those same massive mountains as the modern inhabitants of Reine now do.

I would love to walk about this beautiful town one day! It looks like something out of a post card. I love all the bright red homes against the stark white snowy mountains. This just seems like such a quiet, peaceful place ❤️
In summer there is a lot of tourists, I recommend it to visit in winter or autumn

A few places in Norway might have snow in may (far north inland, and up on mountain peaks on the west coast and inland mountain ranges), but most of the country does not have snow this time of year. I'm in southern Norway ATM and today it was 18 degrees Celsius here, there are flowers and green everywhere. People are wearing summer clothes. No mountains or snow here. Remember Norway's a long country, with different climates and landscapes.

What are the red vertical sticks on the streets? They appear everywhere on the road. What are they use for? Some snow level indication? 🤔
The weather up here can be quite harsh, the sticks are for the cars so they know where the road is.
For the snow plow car, when they shuffle the snow off the roads

I think it would be better if you gave it a bit more exposure and whiteness to the snow and contrast to the whole image. Let the snow shine.
How could the snow look white and shining when it's clearly a cloudy day? This is exactly what snowy days often look like in the Nordic countries.

Great content, but I think it would be cool to add more lighting and whiteness to the colour grading and a bit more exposure. The underexposed Hollywood trend doesn't look good. Honestly if you brighten up that snow it would be just ideal
