I really appreciate this message. I watch a lot of Angelo Delulo, and am constantly going back and forth between feeling like I know what he's talking about, and then doubting that I'm grasping any of this at all. Next time one of those doubts comes up, I'm going to take it as an opportunity rather than believing it.

The thoughts that are related to the unconscious agendas hiding so deeply and whispering so so quietly that I sometimes don't notice that I am unconsciously believing them.... sigh..... but I will keep looking! Thanks for the reminder Sam!
Yeah! That's totally fine. Even if they're still there, there's no need to rush and excavate all of the ickyness ASAP (unless you intuition wills that). I keep looking in these places too. It never ends. Just use discernment and be gentle with yourself, keep revisiting imo. I know it can be painful, especially if there's a lot going on in the body.

@@SamRoff wow I am aware of the fact that in sri lanka there are lots of buddhost monk too,do you follow biddhism for your peace of mind or just neutral meditation routines? Because I personally following buddhism and I red about vipassana and mindfulness things ,I love biddha soooo much 🤗

@@SamRoff awww ❤ it's my biggest dream to see the birth place of buddha and to live like buddha at any cost, I meditated lots of time and I felt about how the inner happiness flows when we go so deep, but I failed to control whenever I went to a outer exposure, but I will never give up and will succeed sooner or later I wish you all the best sam
You mentioned the idea of going beyond the self. Is the true self beyond the concept of the self? As in, is the true self a formless timelessness that is nothingness itself? Like, a node in space? Is the universe inside of us, or our we inside of the universe, connected to it? Thank you for your honest and helpful videos.
My experience is that the True Self is formless, timeless and nothingness. It’s attention when it’s relaxed into its source. It’s the ‘background’. But that isn’t really true either because it interpenetrates all of experience, all 6 senses. I don’t know if we’re inside the universe or it’s inside of us. It feels like we’re both from here. @@SamRoff thank you so much for replying to me. It means a lot. From my experience and pursuits of truth, I've seen my true self as both inside the universe, and the universe is inside of me. I have learned telekinesis from the youtube channel Evolved Ministry and Trebor Seven. I encourage you to investigate it for yourself. If you feel it is evil, then pray to God for protection. But, it is real and I can do it (there's a few vids on my channel). The reason I mention it to you is because it seems to me that it would be impossible for me to do telekinesis if the universe and my consciousness were not intimately connected, or if the universe was not indeed literally inside of me. I have experienced many different enlightened states that sometimes feel conflicting with each other, so that is why I asked you about it. Perhaps it is a paradox of sorts, where multiple truths are true at the same time? My awakening started with Mooji, Eckhart Tolle, and Infinite Waters. Have you heard of them? If you don't want to reply anymore that's totally fine. But I encourage you to look up Evolved Ministry, as there is a ton of truth there, and it may shatter your reality, fair warning.
