    I HATE lunges, because I've been pushing off with my toes and always lose my balance. Your technique is a game changer! Been getting lean all year, now I'm ready to add some muscle definition, and I love how you transformed Alicia Vikander. Thanks so much for sharing!

      I agree! I lose my balance on lunges too and sometimes they hurt in a bad way, even if I keep the 90 degree rule. But I will try pushing with my heel instead of toe and see if I can start doing them again. Yaayy! I'm excited to try!

    I would love if the playbook app workouts had commentary voiceover about correct posture, leg knee angles etc. would be so super handy to listen to it while performing the exercise. I know sometimes there are written notes with the exercise, but in the moment instructions go out the window, and I just try to copy what you are doing to the best of my ability.

    Guys never forget every Lara Croft looks different and alicia vikander already had a great fitness starting this workout. Its a great one btw, thank you for sharing! But don't be discouraged if you need maybe a different routine for the same kind of progress :))

    This is great! So well explained and easy to follow. However, please do something with your camera method. It jumps from spot to spot and prevents seeing the whole frame of your body. So it becomes hard to fix the right position in your mind. Definitely staying on your chanel for long!

    Love this, such good tips + so interesting to see more of Alicia’s day to day would love more future videos of of alicias program!! My biggest problem areas are the flab and fat under my triceps and my love handles, it seems no matter what I do It stays. Would love a targeted video to how to lean out if you were doing a celebrity transformation in a small number of months. What would be the steps you would take.

      That has to do with dieting, I'm sure there's a lot of videos on dieting out there that could help. While working out and running does help reduce the amount of fat on your body, a clean diet that reduces your caloric intake or just has whole, clean foods overall seems to help take care of fat. The only issue with this is that it's hard for most people to stick to a strict diet - even celebrities with trainers and mean plans.

    Warm up 5min
    HIIT Interval training 1min on, 1 min off x 5 rounds
    Dumbell front squat 10 reps x 4 sets
    Dumbell stationary lunge 20 reps x 3 sets (push with the back of your heel)
    Super sets; knee tucks on swiss ball 12 reps x 3 sets lateral side swing 12 reps x 3 sets
    Skater jumps 20 reps x 3 sets
    Stir the pot on swiss bell 1 min x 4 sets

    Yet for all that effort, it doesn't show up on screen. The fact she's short doesn't help. Look at some female fitness models; most are far more defined than Alicia was.

      Dude...it's not that hard. It's literally getting rid of bodyfat meaning you just have to be on a strict diet for a while. I've been shredded and all i did was eat two times a day and run as much as i could.

    Despite i liked Angelina Jolies Lara Croft more but i did like how really ripped Alicia had got for the character role , it definitely showed at the beginning of the Tomb Raider movie thats for sure when she was boxing , she still looked pretty dam impressive for being a slimmer woman compared to Angelina

    Nice video! I am an actor and it’s helpful to see in your videos how you helped Alicia, Gal and Alexander all get strong and able to move well, not just look good. I would love to see you talk about the difference between doing a full-body workout every time vs doing different muscle groups on different days, and what you prefer and why.     Your videos are so informational Magnus. I have watched so many AT HOME BODY WEIGHT workouts and the instructors DO NOT explain the correct body form to have when using a specific exercise. Could you please post more WORKOUT videos? Or atleast a video explaining how the body form should be during a specific exercise (russian twists, planks, push ups .etc.)

    Hey Magnus, I would love more nutrientional tips. Some celebrities supposedly eat 4000 to 5000 calories to bulk up, but my question is, does this apply to everyone? or does body type (endomorphs, ectomorphs), height, weight, genetics have to eat differently?
