I saw a documentary on the anomaly in the Baltic Sea. When any electrical equipment gets too close all power is lost. Fascinating and a real object in the Baltic Sea.
Wow dr. Another amazing story and the way you do these types of stories is absolutely the best second to none. Can't wait for your next story. Thanks for all of Great stories i am going through some really hard times but; when i listen to your channel i forget about my horrible situation and get lost in the story than again.
Yes, doc, I've spent the evening down the pub, just got in and am currently sitting back and relaxing minus my favourite drink, listening. 54:50 is the beginning of part 2!
I know I'm beginning to sound repetitive, but both narration and story were, again, incredibly good 👍🏼👌🏻😊👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 This story absolutely needs a sequel with our own Man of Atlantis
As a Filipino, hearing this story and is actually set in the boarders near our country is very intriguing and interesting at the same time. Keep up the good work doc. Been listening to your stories for the past couple of months already, looking forward to hearing more amazing stories from you. 😁😁😁
Absolutely loving the sound effects ! And as always wonderful job!! 👏🥂 I definitely love the sea storytelling like my favourite one “ the ocean is deeper then you think” absolutely one of my favourite!
I can’t wrap my head trying to have a favorite story narrated by the Dr Creepen himself, there are simply too many excellent ones! I’ve been through his entire backlog of stories from years past, just too many awesome stories! 👍
Great story. Seems like someone with military experience was involved in writing the story. Either that, or someone did some really good research about Navy Seal operating procedures.
That was great I got to listen to it from beginning to finish and I loved every bit of it keep up the amazing work man you're fantastic at what you do and we all love and appreciate it!
It's nice when authors actually communicate how an op works in a way that can keep the attention of regular Joe's, but also the respect of people who have actually lived the lifestyle. It's the little details 💀❤️
Hiya Doc it's Jenny and the cats we fell asleep in my recliner again but are awake now and we saw your notification so we grabbed our favourite drinks ready to listen 😺😺😺
Taxi Dancer, author of this aquatic action & abomination based tale is brilliant in their dialogue wording, was direct & to the point, used REAL military terminology succinctly & not overly much + there being a lure, the draw, the hook that edges the reader into deeper water to tread. Wonderful. Such writing is what is a horror aficionado's life-blood, not since 10-12 years-old & reading comics, feeling of "Now THIS is good horror!" MORE OF THIS WRITER.
Oh my good Doctor Creepen. You truly are the best medicine. I was just about to catch last night's post, which I missed. What do I see? (Happy happy joy joy). The full story. Gratitude. You are officially, THE MAN!!!
Doc, that narration was not disappointing! I totally loved 🥰 part 2 & you really help me visualise the characters with your voicing, just what I needed for snooze o’clock 😴. Stay groovy Doc & thank you 🙏😊👍🏽.
While in the Marines I had the pleasure to board on the good ole Bonhomme Richard floating around in the pacific. Hearing it mentioned in this story made me feel nostalgic. Keep up the great story telling Doc!
I don’t know where you got the information of operation just cause from 89 but thank you for telling the truth for what it really was. Someone I know was a part of that ranger squad that captured Noriega and to this day he is still pissed off at the government for never acknowledging what he did and giving credit to a different group.
A guy in my unit when I was in USAF back in 90's killed a whole bus full men with an m-60. They broke an ECP on the flight line. One of his buddies he served with told me story said the inside of the bus looked like Swiss cheese and pizzas slung everywhere. I think he said there was 27 on bus and all 27 were killed. He said it was a twisted mess..
Once again bravo Dr. creepens, im not normally a fan of military storys but as always what you provide is worth the listen i was alittle bumbed out yesterday but with this ending im picturing “battle toads” gone lovecraftian the whole story was a delight!
That story was absolutely outstanding. When I saw it come up I knew I must make time to listen. Incredible narration on your part and of course the author always weaves such a great detailed adventure for us. Thank you. Have a marvelous week @Dr. Creepen 💖
Just to point out that the USS Wyoming is in Kings Bay, GA and an Atlantic boat. It's also an SSBN, not an SSGN and would never approach any shores during patrol. Their entire purpose is to be in the middle of nowhere at 5 knots playing like a hole in the water waiting for launch orders.
I always fall asleep to your voice and it never affects me. Well last night I took a melatonin for the first time while I was on auto play w your videos. This gave me such a bad nightmares lol.
Sorry guys it’s been so long and it’ll take awhile to find it in his library but like buddy said it’s something like “there’s something in the mountains of Afghanistan.” it’ll take too long to find. But if you look you’ll find it.
We jumped into Rio Hato airport in 89. Each individual Chalk had various mission objectives but the overall mission was to secure the airfield to prevent Mr. Manuel from sneaking out the back door.
Before my last tour of the 'Ghan, Our new CSM said that he was a PFC in the 82nd when he dropped into Panama. Apparently during the drop, he lost everything and landed with just his Kelvar. He then went on to yell at all of us for the gear we're going to lose.
Great story! You have an excellent speaking voice and style. Respectfully, FYI : The H&K 416 and M4s are “assault rifles”, mainly defined by their intermediate caliber, 5.56 x 45mm. Just ask any Taliban, they have plenty of them now... Main Battle Rifles are typically 7.62 x 51mm. Since 1995, The Chi-Coms have issued the QBZ 95, or Type 95 chambered in 5.8 x 42mm. SpecOps teams typically have an Operator with a Light Machinegun. “Light” being a relative term. Such as the M249 SAW, squad assault weapon. I believe the air defense system was said to be a 130mm rotary cannon. Those are typically 30-40mm and, at least ship mounted, are referred to as a CIWS, Close In Weapon System, pronounced “see wiz”. You know how governments love acronyms! Canteens have been replaced by Camelbacks. Try one, you’ll love it! The Secretary of State isn’t a member of congress. That’s a Cabinet position. Again, excellent story and narration! I hope this comment is helpful and viewed as constructive. That is certainly my intent. I do some writing and am pretty sure I’m not 100% accurate myself in some area. If I may be of assistance, please contact me through my channel. You have a gift and it would be an honor to assist in any martial questions you may have. Respectfully, Pat
Okay nerd. Its a story, the author probably toned it down to make it more accessible to readers who are not weapon buffs while still satisfying the weapon buffs themselves.
