he is. if you can deal with refilling his ult to level 2 so you can max you damage, then he's a great pull! if you don't have enough energy partners (tingyun/huohuo) not enough energy regen, then try using lynx, so he can draw aggro and get hit more often to fill up his energy bar to level 2
