Hey, Brittany! If you seek meaty, rich fantasy worlds, then try: -- the works of Edgar Rice Burroughs particularly his Tarzan, Martian and Hollow Earth Sagas -- the works of Robert E. Howard particularly his Conan, Kull and Solomon Kane tales -- the multiverse of Michael Moorcock who introduced the concept into literature! -- the works of Guy Gavriel Kay -- the Drenai Saga of David Gemmell -- the Prydain Chronicles of Lloyd Alexander -- the Demon Cycle of Peter Brett -- the Cthulhu Mythos of H.P. Lovecraft -- the graphic novel series "Artesia" written and illustrated by Mark Smylie published by Archaia Studios Press
Hey!! I read the Lightbringer series, one of the series you recommended in one of your old videos, and I liked it very much. Thank you!! 💗 I love your videos💖
I also read Will of the Many, and the Book that Wouldn't Burn, only I read them earlier this year. I thought both books were really good, but I noticed that both also had weird, kind of screwy endings. I've got The Book that Broke the World on hold from my library, so I'll get to that as soon as it comes in.
How do you keep track of the plots/details in incomplete series? I feel like I have to reread the whole series every time the latest installment is released. I cannot remember for the life of me
There are two authors I will hear no evil against - Sarah J. Maas and Jennifer L Armentrout.😂 Their books have gotten me through so much stress and loss and grief, and I love them like they’re family. I don’t read them for award winning prose or deep introspection. I read them because I love the characters and all their relationships. I’m so glad to hear someone else just have a pure good time with both series!
Yeah okay so I will just refrain from sharing how many series I started... the damage is real lol. I really need to get to FBAA and Tales of Tremain omg!! And lol, so sad how this video aged already with the Book that Broke the World 🤣🤣

Quite a few books here that i really want to read. However, Im at that critical point of "I need to finish some series" before I start any new ones.
Totally get that!

Hope you end up liking it!
I started GOT, Legendborn, and the Infernal Devices. Loving GOT and Legendborn but Infernal Devices is just ok so far.

I’ve been doing it for so long you get used to it in a way. But honestly, as of late, I’ve been doing a lot of rereading before the next installment

Yes! 🫶🏻
Flesh and Fire is SO much better- Ash and Sera are top tier for romantasy for me. The first two books are better than the third- I agree.
