Did u ever make a video on the operating mechanics of a fund? For example: you raised 500k with 20 investors, how does the pot look like? You split the fund in shares? What happens when u raise more money? Another person with 50k comes? Issue more shares? One gets out partially? He needed 20k? Or do you or van you "block" them from withdrawing within a timeline? What software is used for funds? Do the investors have insight like through an app into their shares and the prife movements? Thanks!

I was told once, to start a buy and hold real estate fund (equity REIT) is to already own rental real estate solely or in partnership, then launch.

Sorry if you mentioned in the video, I couldn't catch it - - - What is the exact time that you receive the soft commitment ($500k) as deposit from investor, is it before legal documents or after legal documents?
Do you need an SEC's license in order to do this?
If you are planning on launching a fund with close friends and family members as your investors will that also require you to have legal documents?
When using friends and family it might be easier to do a syndication where all you do is created LLC an operating agreement
