Warmly,

Well Done, Donna! As a man with prostate cancer, albeit, benine, I am interested to help my fellow men.
I drink kefir straight also. I think of it as a medicine and less of a food so I just get it down the hatch. If I make a large batch that'll be sitting in the fridge, I'll throw a few Cinnamon sticks inside it because it makes it delicious.
Maybe someday when I retire or something I'll have time for recipes lol.
My 12 year old Son no longer has acid reflux 🤩
Can you tell us how your friends husband made his kombucha that you said was extra delicious?

Hey Donna! Your kefir content has seriously helped my leaky gut and I can’t thank you enough. In this video are you referring to the bacteria strains in kefir or the “lactobascilous reuteri” strain that I have heard helps boost testosterone. I believe the study you referenced is focused on the lactobascilous reuteri strain that you use as a starter culture and make yogurt out of that but just wanted to check. Super interesting stuff!
