  • We love Michael Singer’s work. As long as he and UA-cam allow us to post these videos, we will.
We do not receive ad revenue from these videos, but UA-cam may.
If you would like to learn more about Michael Singer’s work, here are a few suggestions:
    - Every Sunday, Monday & Thursday, he releases talks at www.tou.org.
    - Every Sunday, Monday & Thursday night, he gives a live talk at his Temple of the Universe in Alachua, Florida. Anyone can attend for free.
He’s written several books. They are phenomenal, even the ones written in the seventies. (We will receive a commission if you purchase books through these links.)

    tinyurl.com/Surrender-Experim...
    tinyurl.com/The-Search-for-Truth

If you’re wondering what Mickey’s saying at the beginning and end of each talk, it is:
Jai Guru Dev, Jai Masters. Jai Guru Dev is a traditional Hindu phrase that means Glory to the Great Teacher (the most accurate translation would be glory to the shining remover of darkness), where the great teacher here is generally considered to be the Divine Soul, while we, as human beings, are considered the individuated Soul. Jai Masters means Glory to the Masters, some of whom Singer refers to at times.
Thank you for visiting. Peace, my friend.

Meditation, prayer, unconditional love and forgiveness for yourself and others, deep, abiding peace within and without, reading, watching great films, making art, writing, posting a poem with my art on FB for dear friends, doing telephone tarot readings for my lovely clients, talking to or visiting my bffs , my morning coffee with cream, putting on pretty clothes, taking a walk, grocery shopping with a friend, watching hummingbirds at the blossoming trees outside my windows, completing a Pilates session, rubbing a puppy’s belly, watching SNL or any great stand-up comedy, etc.etc. My life is a blast.

Before every episode Michael says a few words, ja gri tiv, what does this mean? I love his messages, they have changed my life. I just don’t understand what he’s saying in the very beginning.

After years of practice, it is all day. More accurately, it is moment by moment. Thanks to great teachers like Mickey and meditation, I know what it is like to "Be". Once I had a reference, I was able to pull back into it more and more during the day. Now that I have established a habit of returning to being, I am working on seeing the things that pull me out of peace and observe why it happens. Once you can recognize this happening, you get less and less carried away each time until the blockage is released and no longer captures you. A few of these and the inner joy really begins to grow! Keep going and you will get there. Once you have seen the path, there really is no going back. Namaste my friend.

What about modern day slavery, and abusive and exploitative relationships of children and the poor and those who are not empowered to advocate for themselves? There is no joy in a lot of situations. I understand that we do have choices to make the most of any situation but not all situations can be joyful. I wish you would takk about relaly challenging situations like the above.

Victor Frankel covered that in Man's Search for Meaning. Might be what you're looking for as he was able to keep his happiness in a concentration camp.

You can't help anyone if you are miserable yourself, once you have joy and a flow of energy inside that is not blocked the universe will use you to help others and it will not be personal. Once it's personal and you are protesting out of pain and hate you are bringing more of the same energy into the world. Both Michael Singer and Ram Dass talk about this in their talks about social justice.

      Trust that you can heal
I recommend a 10 day vipassana course .it's free and will give you tools to purify your mind and experience more and more peacefulness.
Personally it changes my life totally but of course is not magic and requires will and effort each moment to take right choices. Not always easy but definitely worth it.
And for health. Natural Food ,walk in nature .breathing deeply and super aliment like lemon. Sprout... .fasting simple yoga assana and of course meditation, relaxation.
It take time but you will definitely feel soon beautiful changes ✨️
Wish you the best and happiness friend ❤️

When we really really really accept each moment as it is, there is a deep deep peace ☮️
Eckhart Tolle was homeless 4 a few years, sat on park benches in London, had maybe one meal a day.....AND was blissful throughout as he was NO LONGER IDENTIFIED with his thoughts (ego)
      FREE from suffering
Takes work, vigilance, etc. But WORTH IT!
      🙌 BLESSINGS
