Great Video! Range tests are so hard to do accurately. there are so many parameters that can change the outcome greatly. Question for you? does your bike have actual bike pedals? or just pegs like a actual motorbike? I would greatly assume if you had pedals and pedal assist your mileage would greatly increase.
The average human power is about 100-150 watts. If you pedal the whole time, you can extend the range by about 10-15%. Unfortunately, that's not much, since this bike weighs about 77 kg with the appropriate equipment

Best tip - in a 72 40ah u can get 72 miles spped @ 40km range or 40miles speed to 72km range
or 200 miles at 25km speed

65 or about the recommended cutoff
