@onceyouwheeinyoucantwheeout I needed more sugar. Took me 3 tries but I got it just right. It's really fn good. Also u really need the dark soy.... I skipped it the first time

How long did you cook it for? Best to let it simmer for an hour or 2. Fat showing up as it cools down is common
