Sorry to say, your staff has no manners, they have no idea of how to talk to a customer. Young boy maybe 20yrs of age, dark Complexion, he should be taught that you never turn your back on a customer and talk to them. If a customer is negotiating the price then this is a Sunnat of Our Beloved Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wasallam, he should remain polite and politely decline any offer whilst negotiating, he should not get agitated or rude. Bottom line TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVIS. Mr Shahid should invest in proper trained staff
