CHATELS OR CHATTELS, listed or not included is definitely confirmation of the signed contract of the agreement of sale and purchase. Now imagine how you would deal with a custom built -in home theatre system, costing a million dollars???? Hey, where are those in wall / ceiling crystal silver speaker cables$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
OR I thought those heavy 500 lb. hi-end speakers, were included since they're too heavy to move?????? Sounds crazy, but it has happened?

It happens a lot. I’ve seen it with security systems…door & window contacts and keypads seems logical they would stay but what about cameras. A big misunderstanding is when it comes to the software that runs everything, usually connected to a computer monitor and software. And then the passwords are another area of concern.
