Morgan embodies the values/principles that bring success - integrity, education (formal or informal), desire, vision, planning, hard work, discipline, focus, self-confidence, perseverance, tenacity, staidness, wise time management, saving, investing, frugality, research, connecting with mentors, attitude of gratitude, and more importantly reliance on God. Well done, fellow Alexandrian! May your journey see more success and impact many lives back home.

You see, the issue is that starting some time in Ghana is very hard for the average or ordinary Ghanaian , to school here is hard, completing school and liking for a Job is very hard, building capital is very hard and getting facility from the Banks or financial institutions is very hard not to talk about the high interest rate .
I believe if started in Ghana with the same Job, effort and energy, he wouldn't be here .

I left the US (DMV area too 😅( to Cameroon. I started inter city transportation business, taxi business, clothing design fir children and I experience EVERYTHING he's saying about the human factor. I was terrible. All my businesses failed, I lost all the money for the bus business-- at tge end my bus looked like it had been through war. I breakeven for the taxi, the designer dresses was a total loss bc the sewing was too clumsy and the workers were not open for correction even though I'll bring someone with better skills to teach them, they saw it as if I was saying they are not good tailors. As a matter of fact, they weren't. Thank God I had my real estate investment that sustained me if not my return would have been a huge fail.

I don’t think he earned more than his fellows working with their degrees as he claim. I admire his hard work but I think the analogy is wrong.
His fellows are working only about 8 hours a day (5 days a week) and earn 60 - 70 k in a year. He on the other hand works 17-18 hours a day, 7days a week, making about 106k in a year. So approximately he only earned 53k for 8 hours a day.…No he didn’t earn more than them. He worked more than them!

He has to pay taxes, social security at the end of the year as independent worker, factoring gaz, car insurance, repairs, he can clear 70,000$ at the highest , I didn't add car depreciation. But he said he worked 17 hours a day 365 days, it is like making 18$ an hour (if he made 106,000 brut). That is grueling, almost slave wages. He worked himself almost to death to make that, which can be done only for a short period.

@@danielcosby6481 isnt car depreciation cost? lets say a car that is supposed to last 10 years to get 100000miles , gets there within 2 years, and we know the higher the mileage the higher the risk of catastrophic failure like transmission , engine..
