Same is the scenario in IITs too. Only few students get international offers of 1 crore or 2 crore which is basically $200,000. Even for domestic offers, people who have a CTC of 45 lacs actually have base salary of 15 lac or 16 lacs
A B-school is much more than just placements and one can understand this only by going there. From my experience at IIM, I can say that most of the students get their desired job role and salary in placements. If not then it is not because of the b-school but more prep is required by the student. I would always suggest to the applicants, GO FOR IT. You will definitely come out as a better version of yourself. Enjoy! :)
Sir i am planning for IPM course at IIM Rohtak so is it a good decision? Like ofcourse IIM Rohtak started it after Indore so it cannot be better than Indore but as a diverse course what are your views

I dont know, i am an aspirant..and the daily news i hear about about politics, manipulation by placecom makes me rethink my career choice, and whether i will really be able to make it with a good job.. Is the scenario similar even in colleges like IIM ABC/FMS/XLRI..
My sister is general physician works in few clinic in our distric Charge 300/- per head as no good doctors available here there's a huge patient load. plus c section delivery extra charge. I can bet Top IIT IIM placed student would be embarrassed comparing their in hand salary with my sister
No country is perfect and the point you mentioned shows the pathetic state of our healthcare and we agree to that but at the same time you can not take the credit away from IIT-IIM pass outs.
Also make a video on how may interview chances students take to get placed. i have heard that many students are interviewed by 20-30 companies but cant crack the interview.

The placement reports are audited and covers it to the minutest detail possible. All the data presented there are true to the best of my knowledge.

This is why all MBA institutes should follow audited IPRS report, like IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Udaipur.
