Thanks so much for helping make our products even better for everyone! 👍 All of our mounts will now be made with this new technique and internal structure!
Good on you for stepping up and addressing the concerns. I do wonder though, why are you wrapping them in plastic? There aren't any small pieces that may become lose during transit. We all need to so out best to limit the amount of unnecessary plastic.
@@jmackinjersey1 Hey, I completely understand where you are coming from on this. We try and keep a decent amount of inventory on hand, so we can get orders shipped out quicker. Currently wrapping the items that are sold as sets, makes it much easier for us not to lose set pieces. A lot of our products come in sets with multiple items, so wrapping them just keeps them together and helps us stay organized. We have been experimenting with a cardboard banding strap option for our packaging as a replacement, which hopefully we can implent sometime soon!
Awesome! Contributing the way you did Vince by writing back to this company and their initiative to improve without frustration was perfect to ‘made in the USA’ improvement. Buy American made!!
The fact is that Milwaukee should of had ideas like these to make their packouts more versatile. I love my packouts but really they aren't very flexible in terms of configuration from the small shallow one's to the drawers. These small 3D printing businesses are giving us the best help to offer us configuration options as much as possible and I salute them for their effort. It's nice to see that we can help them improve their products especially for shop or trailer setups where people aren't always gentle and things get banged up much more than our home shops. Keep up the good work and keep developing practical solutions for us all as well as Vince and the gang helping this business improve their products.
Awesome!!!!! Yeah I still use that word so what. The biggest pain in the butt putting my packout in my truck has been solved. Thanks Vince. I’ll be purchasing those bolts.
Yeah.... split personality is right. Wow, I mean.... I'm glad you are helping out small businesses, but who is helping you with your pronunciations? Bat-rays? Real nass like? Milwauka-I-A????? Come on mannnnnn!
Thanks for introducing us to these Vince! They have Dewalt too, have some Milwaukee but am not full on red army, so I just placed an order for my 20V battery mounts. Love small, innovative companies that respond to concerns!
Great job with this video! The product looks awesome. I could definitely use those battery mounts. Pretty cool to hear how receptive Neat was to your feedback. Great to see the support for a small family business on the channel. Great job. Have an awesome night! 👍🏻
Gyroid infill is always stronger in every case I've used it in. Also print orientation has a lot to do with how strong something will be in different directional forces. I'm glad to see 3d printed products becoming more mainstream and seen as a viable option!
It was super cool the way they not only responded to your concerns, but also addressed the concerns and made their product better. My only gripe is that they wrapped plastic around a plastic piece and shipped it to you like that. There is no reason to wrap these in plastic.
The problem with Milwaukee and even my Ridgid trays is an 8" x 1/4" lag or a 6"x1/4" Simmon lag will not fit in the trays, nor are the trays options available 🤔. We need that option. Thank you for the video, Vince !!!!!!
Vince, thought I'd try out the mounts for the FLEx batteries. Used your discount code so hopefully they get the job done. Looking forward to it. Man you accumulate batteries with tools right :)
Go Vince! I think I like these better than the new Milwaukee offerings. Reason being that you can take out the bottom cup which makes grabbing small items in it much easier than reaching down into the bottom of the whole bin. I may have to take my New Packout Bin Set back! 😮
I just purchased the Milwaukee Precision Screwdriver Set (6-Piece) Model # 48-22-2606 And the Milwaukee 1000V Insulated Screwdriver Set with Case (10-Piece) Model # 48-22-2210 What inovated way to store these in a Pack out system? Thanks
Wait, you want to get off the job faster. Not if you are an hourly employee. You want to take your time, and if your not hourly you should not rush and take your time. So moral of the story, don't rush. Take your time. No need to go fast... but it is nice to have your stuff organized.
For many it’s great to have these options, but I feel so many people with packout boxes spend more time messing with their boxes then they actually working. Lol they need like every accessory known to man and probably use 2x the space with it all then what’s actually needed to hold their tools
Especially if these 3d printed parts are manufactured with pla which is the cheapest of all materials. I‘d at least want them made out of petg for example!
This is why when I hear folks talking about milwaukee should be producing accessories like flex and these other companies who has basically stolen milwaukee and their followers designs , make minor changes to it and call it there's. Milwaukee needs to concentrate on making good product improving what they have done and reduce the amount of waste products that ends up in the landfill. Small companies like this company can make these accessories, create employment and other industries instead if a multimillion company taking that opportunity away from small businesses by making these accessories themselves. In fact milwaukee should be encouraging these companies by recognizing their contribution by possibly having an innovation award for these companies that create these accessories.
