Regarding Turn 4 -- you have to declare a Heroic Channeling before the start of the Move Phase, before any models are moved. Magic is cast during the Move Phase. 😀

WiKi on fell beast is a single model and you choose for each characteristic which of theirs to use, so for F it's 5 from WiKi, Attack is 3 from WiKi or 4 with extra attack on the charge and S is 6 from the fell beast. That's because in the end it is still a cav model. You also have monstrous charge so in the turn before when you charged, both models would have been knocked prone and your strikes at them would have been doubled, so 4 attacks at S6, doubled to 4x2 strikes or a Brutal power attack.
There was better explanation/story for the witch-kings return here than for Sidious in the sequels

When the rangers try to shoot at the fell beast, there is no in the way, a model with the Fly hability as no more in the way

you're aware khazad guard also have normal axes, right? usually it's better in one-on-ones to just strike normal
Witch King + Fell beast don't add attack rolls, you have to pick. You can use the Fell Beast's strength to wound tho.
