    Ingredients:
    2 tbsp oil
350 grams mutton keema (minced mutton)
    1.5 tbsp garlic paste
    1.5 tsp salt
    1.5 tsp ginger paste
    2 tsp cumin powder
    2 tsp coriander powder
    2 tsp red chili powder
    2 tsp red chili flakes
    3 large onions, chopped
    1 handful of chopped coriander
    Samosa strips (Switz brand)
    Cornflour slurry (for sealing)
    Instructions:
    1. Cook Keema Filling:
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok.
Add mutton keema and cook on high heat until the raw smell dissipates and the water evaporates.
Add garlic paste, salt, and ginger paste. Cook until the raw smell disappears.
Mix in cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and red chili flakes. Cook for a few minutes.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes until the water dries out.
Add chopped onions, mix well, and cover for 2 minutes.
Stir in chopped coriander and cook for a few more minutes. The keema filling is ready.
    2. Prepare Samosas:
Take samosa strips and fold them according to the video demonstration.
Fill each samosa with the prepared keema filling. Avoid overfilling.
Seal the edges using cornflour slurry.
You can make 25 to 40 samosas with this filling.
Freeze the samosas in ziplock bags for up to a month.
    3. Fry Samosas:
    Heat oil in a pan.
Fry the samosas until they turn golden brown.
    4. Serve:
Serve the hot samosas with chutney or spicy ketchup.
