Hello! Thank you for you video. That was a lot of good work! I have an advice for you to try the no-till gardening method. It should give more yields and lower the amount of work. Essentially, using a layer of compost on top of the garden beds should be enough. Haven't done it myself, but there are a lot of videos of people living of their market garden which use the no-till gardening method. You can try 1-2 garden beds as an experiment. Would like to see a video of the experiment one day. Good luck!
