Framing of this recent townhouse development is now complete.
A comprehensive in-house design of light gauge steel frames and structural steel, including the lift core.
Throughout the design stage, close collaboration between engineers and the client allowed the detailer to optimise the structural design to align with the architectural intent.
The building features angled elements, with the structural steel design tailored accordingly.
The incorporation of light gauge steel joists and structural steel to support the additional weight of a planter box at mid-span introduced complexity to the design process.
All aspects of the project were meticulously managed in-house, with utmost care and effort dedicated to ensuring a smooth site installation process.
