Amazing work you have done and continue to do for us. I try and publicise as far and wide as I can and would do more but right now i have a young daughter I need to put first
Happy family and love from the heart 💜 my sister, brother and Mother have cold hearts as a method of defence to manage in life. I keep trying from my heart and I cry from the coldness. There comes a point when I need to step away for a while to recover….hard challenge. Calm mind …..peace of mind….meditate and dance 💕
The title is misleading. "Action for happiness" is actually asking The Dalai Lama questions / advise. His not celebrating together with you. You're trying to use his point of view for your own methodology. That's a big semantic difference. From the title I was expecting something completely different. That's only my opinion.
I wonder if the dalai lama has any tips for happiness for the expelled citizens of Myanmar who were victims of genocide at the hands of their Buddhist neighbours. They may be in in need of a little cheering up..
I scrolled on to 31.13 to see the Dalai Lama section - and checked out 55.26 when 'audience' member asked last question - the whole thing was a waste of time - very disappointing - what a glum serious lot - not very good advertisements for 'happiness'. I have seen interviews with this joyful man before and can only think your low energy vibrations were catching. Poor man. Very sad lacklustre experience for him. Back to the drawing board you sad people. The Dalai Lama does not have answers for what ails you - you have to sort these things out for yourselves - back to Buddhist basics: 1) pain in life is inevitable - suffering is not. Suffering is a choice. Why would someone choose suffering when they can choose happiness. 2) Love unconditionally without expectation nor desire. No one can give you the 'answers' to how to acquire the miracle of happiness if it does not already exist within you. I think there was a lot of egotism at work with people wanting to be able to say they spoke to the Dalai Lama - wanting to 'take' energy rather than giving it! Energy vampires!
Thank you..all never forget this experience and all FAMILYS...i luv all of you...new frontier.
I've been feeling very sorry for myself for quite a while now, but this is very encouraging. Thankyou xxx Susan 🙏🏼
wow what an honour to watch The Holiness, Dalai Lama, himself talk about these things ♡
Thank you for your work spreading happiness - including the organisation, research and materials
