I think some players of Z-Arc when they Special Summon Zarc resulting in a negated effect...have used Book of Moon/Taiou to get the effects back

using sunavalon in the wcq and dueled horus stun black garden ruined there day just rose tokens on there field and they played literally no cards that duel because my tokens took up there field and they bricked

At 02:02:45 if you used the fusion monster from the field as matirial for summoning Z-ARC by the effect of the trap, you'll have only 3 monsters on the field. So with the ruling effect of Droplet, if he sent 4 cards to negate 4 monsters on your field and you have only 3, the effect won't apply and Z-ARC, Appolusa and your Savage Dragon won't be negated.
