Things have changed so much since I was last on that island.
In 2006 there was no electric cars! Instead there was horse and cart for the tourist to hire to go around the island.
It was a bit pricey, gimmicky and I guess a bit a day away from busy Istanbul.
When will you planning to cover Eastern Turkey? Gazentep in particular.

I think you went to Buyukada and there you will find horses but in Beyhilada you will find more attractions and facilities. I liked this island which I visited. I will soon start the Turkey road trip after Eid.

visited here with the wife in 2018..tour guide charged us 160 dollars which included horse and carriage ride and lunch...it was too late by the time we figured out we had been scammed

anyone who goes to istanbul, ill strongly suggest not to go for princess island tours. strolling around in main istanbul is much better.
