I remember being one of the kids singing in the background at one of his performances in California a few years ago. such a great time, and Andre and Carmen were so kind and wonderful to us :)

Being a lifetime Michael Jackson fan I already forgot when last time I've enjoyed MJ song this much, this is just fabulously great!
She put a crack in my heart when she started singing, slowly teared it while performing and with the last note ripped it completely apart. Stunning! Carmen and her voice are incredible!
I have to say that after watching the official video of Michael Jackson, the scenes of dying elephants especially, have made me learn to appreciate this classical rendition much much more, deeply.

I remember seeing this live in concert years ago. The emotion in Carmen’s voice brought everyone to tears. Many were sobbing. She did a spectacular job with this haunting song.

Tom, there is so much passion and emotion gone into this performance, Carmen is completely drained at the end of it. It is a very difficult song for a soprano to sing but the training as a lyric soprano has helped her to give this magnificent reading of it. Can't see any other opera singer even attempting this, nor even Beyoncé or Carey as pop singers managing to do well with it either. First time I heard it I didn't believe how powerfully emotional the performance was.
