I see there has been a change. For AAO the port can be changed with „Tools → Configure WebAPI Port“. AxisAndOhs must be restarted when you change the port. Once selected a new popout window will open at the top change the values to the ports you need. Hi sorry to crash the video but I have been looking everywhere to find a video showing how I can setup my Saitek Multi Panel with axis & oohs. Currently I am using the PMDG 737-600 as my default aircraft and although the multi panel is recognised and the leds come alive I can't get any of the switches to move and I don't really understand how to implement the variables/events. The PMDG is loaded into axis and oohs. I would be most grateful if you or one of your subscribers could help me. The radio panel works fine.
@@chrispurkiss1491 hi Chris apologies I have no idea haven’t used the multi panel personally. May I suggest the avsim forums as the creator of axis and ohs is very active on there and has even helped me out over there.
i downloaded aao the paid version today, but i dont have the option enable web port 9080, i can choose configure web api port and if i click on it it shows the port to my stream deck, my issue what im having, i downloaded aao and the 2 pieces of software from the instalation manual. but if i load a plane in my case 747-8 default and i open watch events simulator and i toggle the main battery or turning the heading or altitute there are no events registerd, but if i toggle the main 1 fuel pump id does. i saw i vid one was programming the cesna 172 g1000 when he flipped the beacon or ignition he got events registerd, so i loaded that plane up to see if its the plane issue or on my side, but with me when i hit the beacon or ignition key i got nothing. so something isnt 100% have you got any idea? i want to program my streamdeck plus and xl for a 747 configuration since there are no packs i have to make one my self. kind regards
Hi, in regards to the web api, it was changed not so long ago however you are on the right track with the configure web api port just ensure the ports used are filled in the top box. In regards to the 747 I don’t know exactly as that is one plane i havent flown fully but will have a look to see if i can figure it out however watching events from the sim should give you the events in order to register the presses. flightsim.to/file/42129/salty-b747-8-streamdeck-xl-profile-need-lorby-s-axis-and-ohs this is a salty mod profile however it might work or atleast you can get some variables from it.
Hi most of the stream deck commands for the 747 salty profile work, one thing to bear in mind is especially as you are a new user the web ports were originally default at 9080 these have now changed to 43380/43381, can i point you to page 120-121 of the manual that is included in your purchase of AAO.
@@HowlingCrazy thanks for the tip, however, i managed to change the port in aao, but i dont know how to change it in the app/webpage, any clue? Kind regards.
Hi appreciate you watching. 1. Ensure all software is up to date, 2. Second thing could be to ensure you have connected to the correct ports. if you use certain hardware they can interfere with chosen ports. If I recall rightly 9080 is default. If you need to change it refer to the manual of axis and ohs for the correct procedure. 3. Ensure you run it in administration mode. Reboot Sim and software. Hopefully this works for You, let me know either way and hopefully if needed can trouble shoot further.

Is it possible to have profiles from this and also have profiles using flight panels? It seems like a lot of software running and i wouldn't know if there would be conflicts.
A&O is the much required middle man between the simulator and the streamdeck. it communicates the button presses to the aircraft but that is the most basic function that it is used for. there are so many more use cases especially for home cockpit users. Hiya. I purchased the AaO software from Just Flight, but Im unable to get the steam deck plugin because the website seems to be down. Any other place u know of where I can get it?
Thank you for taking the time to do this. I am not able to get the streamdeck buttons to work with MSFS. I am able to double click the script in the A&O program to work but not through the buttons on the streamdeck. It looks like my streamdeck is not communicating with the A&O app. Any suggestions?
As a follow up in case others run into this. I changed my webapi port to 9020 and all seems fine now. :) Thanks again for taking the time to do this video!
