    Peanuts - 1/2 cup
    Almonds -1/2 cup
    Walnuts -1/4 cup
    dry roast for 4-5min
    pumpkin seeds -1/4cup
    watermelon seeds -1/4cup
    flaxseeds -1/4cup
    sesame seeds -1/4 cup
    roast it well
    oats- 1/2 cup
    desiccated coconut -1cup
    dry roast
    Soya bean -1/4cup
    dry roast for 7-8min
    dates-1/2 cup
    green cardamom -3
    1&1/2 cup jaggery
    mix all
