I love how much you pay attention and appreciate the quality of the dialogue. That conversation between Tyrion and Varys was delicious. “A small man can cast a very large shadow”
This is the era of Game of Thrones that made a name for itself with the combination of plot arcs and twists, absolutely phenomenal dialogue, and amazing tension-building. While the last few seasons dropping the ball in these areas is about the worst-kept secret in television, nothing changes the fact that as a show overall, GoT still contains some of the best acting and writing in recent history.
@@gilbertallard306 Yep. Very good show. Did you know GoT's was inspired by the real live event called "The War of the Roses?" That the series of wars over several decades that put the Tudors on the Throne when Henry the 7th killed Richard the 3rd and became King. There is a series, of mini Series that that pretty much map the War of the Roses if interested. I think it was on Stars. The first was The White Queen. Followed by the White Princess, then 2 seasons of the Spanish Princess. The White Queen was Henry the 8th's Grandmother. She was also the mother of the two Princess in the Tower thay Richard the 3rd may or may not have killed. The White Princess was his Mom and the Spanish Princess was his first wife. They are based on actual events but told like a drama so pretty cool.
We both met Renly and ser Loras Tyrell, who actually implied that Renly would be a "wonderful king" (in s1 during tourney). Loras knocked out the Mountain from the horse. Renly we saw multiple times, Ned Stark gave him a friendly hug even, probably just because he is a Baratheon. He was the one suggesting to Ned Stark getting soldiers and putting children in custody, while him being crowned as king before Stannis.
In this series, my favorite character is Arya, a close second was Tyrion. Though there are many other I like a great deal. Most hated? Easy...Joffrey. With Cersei a close second.
Two movies that you need to react to- 1) "Shawshank Redemption" (Tim Robbins, Morgan Freeman) considered one of the greatest movies ever made; 2) "The Green Mile"". (Tom Hanks). These movies.are staples of most reactors. Thy were both directed by Frank Darabont.
It always bothered me that Ghost was not around when Jon got beat by Craster. All the wolves protect their owners from being attacked except Jon’s wolf. And of course Jon couldn’t fight that old man back because he wasn’t supposed to be even following him because Lord Commander Mormont told him not to. Love Ghost but where the hell is he?
17:05 "everything they say.. it's so good!" Unfortunately this is what will be missing from latest seasons where they don't have the books material 😢 Hence it was criticized later on
Great episode, and another great reaction, thank you! Theon was faced with an impossible choice, to be fair ... stick with the family who treated him well but were essentially his captors, or betray them and stick with his actual family and house that he had been parted from for so many years. He made the wrong choice, but I understand why he did.
Worst as in a great villain?? Because if we're talking bad Fear the Walking Dead has the worst villain ever because she's just terrible. If you've seen the show you know who I'm talking about
"every other lannister" includes Joffrey....but i suggest you to rank characters not in base of if you like the persons they are but if they are interesting / well made characters. I believe that if you hate Joffrey so much is because the character is good!
Love you guys y’all really pay attention to everything and that is a couple steps above other reactors they seem to overreact thinking that’s what we wanna see I want to see real reactions
It shows who Sansa is right now. She's more or less still in shock over what happened to her father and lashes out irrationally. Amazingly, characters do change with time and experience, although I have found that is not always true of people who watch the show.
@@randallwilliamson3838 That's kind of the point. The farther you go back in the show, the more Sansa acts like a spoiled entitled child. Like literally every other character on the show, her character changes with time but I've noticed for some people they can't wrap their head around that happening with Sansa.
GOT have quite a few loathsome characters. Some you've met and instantly know they are loathsome. Some who've yet to reveal how loathsome they are. Some who may be misunderstood... And some who will be introduced later...

Also, maybe the first time anyone compliments him.

@ Well said.
You guys reactions are so genuine and fun! I look forward to each one.
It's funny how this series can shift feelings about several of the characters.
Jaime, the Hound and Theon were the only ones for me.
always stoked to see a new post! thank you
The actress who plays Marjorie was Anne Boleyn in the Tudors and she was in the last hunger games movie.
@@boki1693 The Tudors was GoT before GoT. Plus it was based on true events and historical figures. Great show.

Ned should have listened to Renly
I love watching with you two👏🏻
It struck me that you had more understanding regarding Sansa’s attitude than most other reactors, very good!
You should have a couple of at least two episode binges sessions in here somewhere. I’d love to see two back to back or even three.😊
Hope you two are having an great and awesome day ❤

Bronn and tyrion are my two favourite. Bronn although can be a bit of a joker is very dangerous in a fight.

Completely untrue. Some of the best dialogue is from Arya and someone else this season that has nothing to do with what's in the books.

@Maplenuts React I'd love to see your reaction to the HBO miniseries Chernobyl.
She a really dominant one
Joffrey was voted the worst film villain of all time recently. Narrowly beating another Game of Thrones character.
Nah, Craster is the worst

Like your reactions because you don't feel the need to babble all through the vireo. Make sure you keep the subtitles on for other languages.
You will love Jon snow more
Sansa has always treated people under her like shit, shows her real character. The Theon "ceremony" was the cowards way of doing the ceremony,
she is a teenager. If every shit teenagers tell shows their real character, it just means every teenager is a piece of bulls s**t.
