hi, i loaded the app and paid for US number and then downloaded whatsapp for business and when i try to setup whatsapp for bus. it comes up with my old number and at the bottom it asks you if you want to use different number. when i choose that option it asks you to input the number you want to use. i select US and then the number it comes up with a message the (your phone number is banned from using whatsapp business.). I already paid for this number for one year. what is the problem? please advise. thx.
