Terry Jones ❤ Such a legend! Love Sam Rockwell in anything - one of my favourite of his films is Away We Go which is one of the sweetest films ever. So many great Terry Gilliam films but I think The Fisher King is probably my favourite. Jim Henson is one of my heroes too! This is fun - thanks for the tag! ❤

Rockwell was phenomenal in Moon. One of my top all-time scifi movies. Actually, all great actors you picked there. Adams was amazing in Arrival. Bridges is just plain awesome.

I'm a huge Terry Jones fan, but I think he only directed Life of Brian. Fairly sure Gilliam (also terrific) directed Holy Grail and Meaning of Life. Great calls on Jeff Bridges, Amy Adams, and Jim Henson as well. I'd have to toss Umberto Eco, Gene Wolfe, Buster Keaton, and Alfred Hitchcock out there as some personal favorites, but I enjoyed your video tremendously in spite of my crippling misanthropy. 😊 Edit: Nope, you were right, Jones was a director on all three Python films. Gilliam was a co-director on "Grail" and "Life." Shows what I know. 😁
Yeah they realised in the first film that having two directors didn't work (I think it's fascinating) and even in that first film they ended up saying that Jones directed the people and Gilliam directed the camera - but that only worked to an extent - so they gave Gilliam the authority for the visual design in Life of Brian and just a special film at the beginning for Meaning of Life. You can tell which bits are Gilliams!
