FEVIBOND a kind of adhesive is also known as super glue which works really well for this dispensor. Its not liquidy but thick. It will work really well. I am making this dispensor right now and i am using it. Believe me it works really well.
Its also really cheap
please make one device like this only but for pen
from where you get the idea of making these things do you also watch video or try first

I do not understandy of thissy contraptiony as ze almighty title states that there is a dispenser of pencil sharpeners.
However, the contents of this (beautifully made - vewy gorgeous) particular video, which I have seen, contains a contraption actually about a pencil dispenser with an attached sharpener.
