Buddy of mine flat tracked for 30yrs, XR750’s nationally as a pro, Rotax 600’s in the seniors class. Ended his racing at my place on a XR75 with a boxers concussion. Always enjoy the videos.👍🏻
Man that’s a bummer but you’re exactly right, Rod. Never know when you’re gonna take a soil sample. Jacks knee was tweeked pretty good but no lasting damage hopefully. I’ve got a buddy here that used to and now has a son that races flat track nationally. That’s some crazy motorcycle racing. I’ll stick to the woods haha thanks for watching Rod!
hey bud, looking to move up from my air cooled 250 to something with more power. but i want something thats ok with lugging down low without needing to abuse the clutch. how is the hawi on slower stuff? seems like it was good in the video but have to ask. I know its a beast with higher speeds.
@@OdysseyOffroad it definitely likes to be going a little faster than it does lugging. It works pretty good though a two stroke 250 is probably better for slow technical stuff but I like the 250f for hare scramble type stuff that’s a little faster. Just depends what you ride most often

@@DirtRoadLife1 yea i do a good mix. Nothing to technical just desert trails. I habe a deposit on a husqy but the kx is on clearance for 5999
