Can you explain please the difference between the wallet app you download from Google play and the wallet/chrome extention? Are they the same thing? Do I need to download app that creates wallet and then do something else? Wallet set up, receiving crypto from exchange. Can't do yradrs/swaps through wallet or Raydium yet.

you can uninstall the browser extension and create a new wallet - you can't load Phantom with two different private keys simultaneously

hmm, no. But MEX is an exchange whereas Phantom is a self-custody wallet! You create a password and store your seedphrase offline

Can you please direct me on how to contact Solana support please. I have had an issue receiving tokens that have been sent to my cold storage. All addresses have been double checked. Exchange has confirmed that the transaction is complete. I would really appreciate you help or if you could direct me to whom may be able to help. Thank you
