Never did find out why Chef Bernard was targeted and demoted by Michelin to the point he would kill himself. Such a tragedy

And ... that was Bernard's downfall ... Michelin did not like the "no butter no cream" lack of flavour style of French cooking.
Should not have gone with "trendy" low fat nonsense ... and stuck to your original fantastic food Bernard ... R.I.P Chef.
