Umm... People do know that Glen also eats meals from your shops, right? It's not all for you 😉
I think you're bang on with your way of doing this, this time around. Feeling guilty or bad, or anything negative around food only makes you binge more I think, and so I'm with you in building myself a better relationship with food rather than being ruled by it.
About the honey - it crystalises over time and can be *fixed * by leaving the jar in warm water, but it will never go off so I've no idea why they put dates on the jars, BUT, do try the farmhouse honey that you can get at markets, because it is out of this world delicious!
Apparently, quite a lot of honey from supermarkets isn't really 100% honey, and it's mixed with sugars (partly what crystalises), which I never knew before, and so I thought I'd try some from a farm near me and it blew me away it was SO GOOD! Yum! 😋🍯🐝

Thanks babe …. Sshhhh don’t tell anyone but I don’t let Glen eat any of the food🤣🤣🤣🤣 I think there are just clever clogs or to get a reaction sometimes.
I think I one that about the warm water in the back of my mind …. I’ll do in future. We have a few local beekeepers so I may get some of their honey next time.
