I so enjoyed this video! And will watch it many times. Going through a break up and I can’t wait to start practicing these to get me out of the unwanted feelings I am having! I know I have to go through these but I can feel the light, it’s warmth. You inspire me to keep holding on and not give up on myself. So needed that finding it hard to focus being a busy single mum , so I’ve Decided to Pause this month and just think.
